About Us

Kingsley Ifedi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Master's in Accounting (MAcc) from North Carolina A&T State University. Before becoming a CPA, he worked in dental practice operations, giving him firsthand experience in the business and financial side of running a practice. His connection to dentistry is both professional and personal, with his brother owning a dental practice and his sister-in-law serving as a dental hygienist within the practice.

Seyi earned her B.S. in Finance from Georgia State University and completed a certification program in Financial Planning at Boston Institute of Finance. Beyond finance, she is a former pageant queen and a dedicated mentor, empowering women to pursue their goals with confidence and purpose.

Rey Teh, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He serves as Accounting Manager with K. Ifedi CPA & Advisors. He leads day to day execution for our clients including bookkeeping, payroll coordination, and monthly financial reporting, ensuring your numbers are current, organized, and decision ready.

RJ Jain, CPA and Enrolled Agent, brings over 5 years of experience in U.S. taxation, with a strong background in tax preparation, tax review, and managing complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and nonprofit organizations. He has built his experience through roles at Clark Schaefer Hackett, BDO RISE, and RSM, where he developed a strong foundation in technical tax work, compliance, and efficient delivery.

Raizza Johnny, CPA brings over 8 years of accounting and tax experience, with a strong background in U.S. tax preparation, tax review, accounting support, and staff training. She has worked with both individuals and businesses, helping ensure accurate filings, strong compliance, and thoughtful tax planning strategies that support long-term financial success.

Dr. Ebele Okoye is a Client Growth Specialist and has a background as an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist Clinical Specialist with advanced residency training. She brings a unique blend of relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills to help clients feel understood, supported, and confident in their decisions.
